Training and Development
Newmont Engineering is firmly committed to continuous training and development to ensure the right skills are in place to keep ahead of the competition and maintain a high quality product. This is achieved through a structured and regular analysis of current and future skills requirements. We nurture and motivate our current team through training opportunities, performance monitoring and regular skills updates, whilst attracting younger staff into the business through direct recruitment and apprenticeships.
Corporate Social Responsibility
We continually seek to improve our manufacturing processes to minimise impact on the environment and to maintain an ultra- clean and efficient facility. We aim to support the local community by offering work experience to students of local schools and various other ad hoc social improvement initiatives.
