Quality is of paramount importance to the precision manufacturing industry and has become our trademark. We are accredited by BSI for ISO9001* and the Aerospace Industry standard for ASD9100 Rev D** and follow their stringent requirements in the manufacture of all products.

We work to exacting requirements with tight tolerances and high quality specifications. With a wealth of specialist machinery and decades of experience and technical ability, we have an excellent reputation for quality and professional engineering.

Standards

Newmont maintains a reference library of over 200 national and international standards (USA, France and Germany) to cover gear, spline and screw thread geometry, calibration methods, geometric tolerances, metrology, materials and processes. The BS library is kept current by automatic updates from BSI Plus.

Quality System

Our quality department closely manages compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100 and regularly monitors suppliers and internal quality targets as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives. Newmont maintain a number of trained auditors to perform internal audits as prescribed by AS9100 and is externally audited each year by BSI.
